The Hancock County Sheriff’s Department consist of a 66 member department including: 1 Sheriff, 1 Colonel 4 Majors, 1 Captain, 10 Sergeants, 3 Corporals and 16 Road Officers. The Civilian employees consists of 1 Jail Commander, 1 Asst. Jail Commander, 3 Jail Sergeants, 4 Jail Corporals, and 20 Jail Officers, 1 Matron, 2 Administrative Assistants, 1 Dietician and 1 Maintenance. The department also has 2 part time cooks and 1 part time Nurse. |
